Covid Vaccines Show Poor Health Infrastructure Under Modi Govt; Can’t Afford More Covid Patients

India has launched two indigenous vaccines Covishield and Covaxin last week and the largest vaccine drive two days back. While the world is now looking at India for efficient vaccines, experts believe that the vaccines are launched to hide the poor health infrastructure from the people.
While many more developed countries with more corona cases per million population have not yet started vaccination drive, India’s hurry in starting vaccination definitely raises questions on poor medical infrastructure in the country & govt’s inefficiency in handling corona pandemic.
“If health infrastructure was good then there wouldn’t have been any need of vaccine. Vaccines launch suggest that the health infrastructure isn’t capable to hold more Covid patients. This is a horrible state of affairs” said a health expert.
