Girl Caught Putting Her Wanted Posters On Streets After Instagram Goes Down
In a bizarre news, a girl, Priya, was seen putting up posters of herself with words like “Warning” “Attention” and “Wanted” at various places of South Delhi after Instagram recently went down for a few hours. The girl in question boasts of more than lakh followers on Instagram – a photo and video-sharing social networking service.
Close friends of Priya say that she is always on her phone and specifically Instagram and she loses her mind if there is no notification or messages from her fans. “She loves attention, who doesn’t? This is why she put up posters of herself so that people talk about her even when the social media app is down,” explained Priya’s friend Arpita.
Social media addiction is now turning people into attention seekers who are always looking for external validation. In Priya’s case, she has a habit of conducting polls on social media even while buying dresses for her. Once Priya conducted an hour-long poll with two images of the same dress in different colors (baby pink and light pink), and asked people to choose one. Till the time the poll got over, she stayed inside the changing room, this creating a chaos in the shop.
