Reports are doing the rounds that after Vijay Deverakonda returned Rs 6 crore from his salary to Liger producers, Ananya Pandey’s father Chunky Pandey has decided to avail Gas Subsidy to compensate for the losses.
Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s Liger is one of the biggest disasters of 2022. The film ended up as a flop venture. Now, reports are doing the rounds that Vijay Deverakonda has decided to return Rs 6 crore from his fee to his producers and Chunky Pandey to avail LPG subsidy after the film failed at the box office.
Reportedly, Chunky Pandey has no source of income and is solely dependent on daughter Ananya Pandey. Chunky Pandey stopped taking gas subsidy after Ananya Pandey got her first break in Bollywood.
Speaking to The Fauxy, Chunky Pandey said, “I am Pandey, hence, applicable for 10% EBC Quota, but I have been defamed as star since many people call Ananya Pandey a starkid. After the flop of Liger we are back to where we were.”
