After giving up on the Nobel Peace Prize, Donald Trump has now demanded the Nobel Prize in Economics.
Reportedly, after imposing tariffs on half the world, and recently placing tariffs on allied NATO countries that did not support the annexation of Greenland by the US, Donald Trump is claiming to have developed a new type of economy called “Tariffonomics,” where you can get other countries to do what you want without firing a single bullet. He believes he deserves a Nobel Prize in Economics for this achievement.
Speaking to Fauxy, Donald Trump said, “They should give me the Nobel Prize in both peace and economics, but since they are so protective of their Nobel Peace Prize, I’ll be a bigger person and accept the Nobel Prize in economics.”
Currently, Donald Trump is publishing his own viral speeches as a book to claim the Nobel Prize in Literature next, if he does not get it in Economics either.
