An Underground Tunnel Road contract has been awarded to the same contractor who built the road that recently caved in, in Bihar.
Speaking to The Fauxy, the department that awarded the contract said, “When even his normal roads behave like tunnels, engulfing entire cars inside them, just imagine how good a tunnel built by him would be. Moreover, the areas where he has built roads have not only improved rainwater harvesting due to potholes but have also reduced chain-snatching incidents, as no one can ride a bike on these roads. So, he truly deserved the contract.”
Currently, the Bihar government is also planning to award rock-mining contracts to the contractors who built the bridges that keep collapsing in Bihar.
