An Indore man sued his rescuer instead of the attackers after he took him to the government hospital.
Reportedly, someone attacked the man with a knife to take his phone and wallet and left him to die. Luckily, another man saw him and took him to the nearest government hospital, saving his life. However, as soon as the man regained consciousness, he filed a case against his rescuer.
Speaking to The Fauxy, the man said, “When I first opened my eyes, seeing the dirty, unhygienic, chaotic surroundings around me, I thought I had died and come to hell. But after learning where I really was, I realized hell would’ve been better.”
Currently, the man and his rescuer are both experiencing hell going through the Indian justice system.
