RSVP movies’ film ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike‘ has several spine-chilling dialogues and patriotic slogans raised by Vicky Kaushal, who played the lead role of an Army Officer in the movie. The chants of ‘Jai Hind’ during the movie were reported to be goosebump worthy, which invoked the audience to also chant along.
Several videos of the audience attending the movie’s screening were doing rounds on social media. People were heard chanting ‘Jai Hind’, ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ and other nationalist slogans while the movie was running. However, a Congress spokesperson has accused that social media users who are sharing these videos have doctored the clips.
“Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), sources have revealed that the videos obtained by these users have slogans of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’. The clips seem to be doctored and the audio with pro-national slogans was separately attached with the footages through a video editing software,” said the Congress leader.
