Gurugram Builders have doubled the prices of flats after yesterday’s 6-hour traffic jam, saying that it happened because people love Gurugram so much that they didn’t want to leave.
Speaking to The Fauxy, a builder said, “Nobody wants to leave Gurugram because Gurugram is the only Indian city which has everything—from the waterlogging of Mumbai to the traffic of Bengaluru, and the crime and pollution of Delhi. Hence, the demand for flats is so high that we had to double the prices.”
Amid rainfall, builders are currently clogging drains of Gurugram so they will be able to compare it to Venice and hike the prices once again.
