A generous Indian company has given forever holidays on Diwali to employees who were asking for extra holidays so they could visit their hometowns.
Fauxy sources suggest that “the boss assumed his employees loved working at his company, so he even asked them to come on Diwali for a half day, so they could do what they love instead of getting bored with their family and friends at home. But when some employees not only refused but also asked for extra holidays, he realized that his assumption was wrong and immediately corrected his mistake by giving them forever holidays, so they can do what they really love in life“.
Currently, the boss is taking another generous step by not cutting the cost of Diwali gifts from the employees’ salaries.
