Another Software Engineer, also named Soham Parekh, who got fired by mistake from his remote US job, joined an Indian company in Mumbai, only to get beaten up on the first day of the job for using a different programming language.
Sources suggest that, in order to compensate for their uselessness in the company, the employees beat Soham up to show how much they care about the legacy of the company. Speaking to The Fauxy, “Soham didn’t say anything as he did not know the local language“.
Currently, the HR has recommended the employees who beat Soham for appraisal, while firing Soham for trying to destroy the legacy of the company.
