A week after the release of Dhurandhar, its maker Aditya Dhar has announced that he will donate the movie’s box-office collection to the Baloch liberation campaign.
Reportedly, the movie shows Pakistan-occupied land Balochistan and its people fighting for their freedom from Pakistan. Aditya Dhar has been accused of monetising the Baloch struggle and has therefore been asked to donate all its earnings to their cause.
Speaking to The Fauxy, a Baloch leader said, “The movie has already surpassed Pakistan’s GDP, and this will not only get us freedom but will also rank us better than Pakistan in GDP.”
Currently, Pakistan is allowing the Baloch to get freedom so that it has one more country to ask for a loan from.
