Waiter serving soups in 2/3, 3/4 portions everyday, wins gold medal in Math Olympiad

A waiter from Manipur won a gold medal in the International Maths Olympiad thanks to his practice in maths caused by serving soup in 2/3, 3/4 portions every day.
Speaking to the Fauxy, the waiter said, “Once, a whole office group of 23 people came and ordered 13/23 Manchow soup, and due to both the numbers being prime numbers, I had to refer to many mathematical books, from R.D. Sharma to R.S. Aggarwal, to solve that problem, which helped me win the Olympiad.”
The waiter gave special credit to engineers for his success, who ordered even Rotis in 2/3, 3/4 portions due to their tight budgets.
