On Monday, actor and environmentalist Juhi Chawla moved the Delhi High Court against the rollout of 5G services in the country. Juhi Chawala in her petition against 5G cited a Whatsapp forward that claimed that birds have died due to radiation from 5G trial. Juhi Chawala also said that 5 is an unlucky number for her.
Fearing legal cases against them, Telecom Companies have come together to skip the launch of 5G network and now will be rolling out 6G network instead. Trial for 6G will be started in July.
Juhi Chawala has called the decision of not rolling out 5G network a success of many environmentalists like her and Greta.
