Scientists and researchers around the world are hailing what is being called “the biggest breakthrough in biotechnology “. A resident of Delhi has reportedly been using a sanitiser app instead of real sanitiser and yet he remained safe and Covid negative among covid positive people in his own family.
Kabir, a tech savvy, found the sanitiser app on the App store in March 2020 and has been using the virtual sanitiser since then, he said that he felt safer and cleaner using the virtual sanitiser. However, last week many of his family members were unwell and underwent the Rt Pcr test. All of them came Covid positive while Kabir himself was negative.
Talking to The Fauxy, AIIIMs Doctor Mr Gularia said “SARS -Cov2 is an unpredictable virus, some people successfully fought covid with fake remdesivir while some died despite all the resources at their disposal. For Kabir the virtual sanitiser worked for some it won’t.”
