Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2, starring Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt, has gone down to drain. The movie has become the lowest-rated film of all time on IMDb with 1.1 rating. The movie also got lashed from promoting nepotism. Soon after IMDB ratings dropped to lowest ever rating for a Bollywood movie, producers announced that the movie’s sequel was already shot assuming audience will demand and so it will be released but with a different name, possibly Potholes.
Speaking to The Fauxy, One of the Producers said “Sadak 2 failed to provide a smooth track for star-cast and hence we can’t name the sequel like this” he further added “since Mumbaikars spend most of their time in potholes it’s sensible to name the movie potholes and it’s also justified because in every sadak there are potholes”.
Sequel will be launched possibly in September when the corona virus’ spread will be reduced and people will not have to face two viruses at once.
