On Wednesday, another Maulana announced bounty on Nupur Sharma for allegedly saying a provoking statement. However, Maulana was arrested and upon interrogation it was revealed that the Maulana had only 785 Rupees in his bank account with minimum balance of ₹1000.
Reportedly, the bank has issued multiple notices to the Maulana on failing to maintain the minimum balance. The Maulana told that he issued bounty to look at par with other popular Maulanas of the country and also to impress his bosses in Saudi and UAE.
Maulana told the Police that he has taken personal loan of ₹10 Lakh to announce bounty on Nupur Sharma and the planning of run away like Mallya.
Maulana had kept his four wives as mortgage for ₹10 lakh personal loan. Details on this is awaited.
