The various medical options for pain relief in labour haven’t really changed in 50 years and none of these options really reduces the labor pain. However, the recent scientific development has changed the labor pain forever.
A recent survey done on 1000 women, who are giving birth to their second child, has revealed that out of 1000 women 890 women have reported less labor pain compared to their first delivery. Survey was done to find out the effectiveness of renaming “Mother” to “Birthing People” by Biden.
Speaking to The Fauxy, a woman in her labor said “See it’s happening, but I don’t feel that much pain everytime I feel some pain I remind myself ‘Come on birthing people, you can do it’ and it gives strength to bear the pain“.
Biden Govt is likely to rename many such institutions that are bias and put undue pressure on one particular gender.
