Property Divided Equally Among Children After Court Fails To Understand Handwriting On Doctor’s Will
In 12 years long-pending case of a doctor’s will, the supreme court gave a final verdict and divided the property created and inherited by the doctor among all his four children equally as pharmacists failed to understand the handwriting of the doctor in his will.In the initial hearing, the Delhi High court divided 2 paracetamol among the four children of the doctor after reading the will written by the doctor himself in his own handwriting, however, the children knocked the supreme court saying their father has left 100 acres of land and 8 crores as Mutual Funds.Reversing the verdict of the Delhi High court, Supreme Court gave the will to 100 pharmacists to understand what’s written on it, but after pharmacists failed to understand the court decided to divide the entire property among children equally to save the court’s time.
