Pantone Introduces New Shade of Red, ‘Nifty Red,’ Inspired by Indian Traders’ Portfolios

Global colour authority Pantone has introduced a new colour called Nifty Red, inspired by the portfolio of Indian traders.
Fauxy sources suggest that the “new shade was discovered after the heatmap of Indian stock markets got so red due to stocks being in a downfall for months that Pantone ran out of all existing shades of red. So, they named this new shade Nifty Red after the Indian Nifty 50“.
In the future, SEBI is planning to put a warning sign in that colour on every trading platform, which will flash every time a trader buys a new stock to remind them of the trauma of what happened last time.
