After India banned 59 Chinese App over security issues amidst border dispute, Pakistan too on Wednesday temporarily blocked the hugely popular online game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) after receiving complaints from its Army that Terrorists are not supporting the Army anymore and killing people in game and not in real.
The Pakistan Army Communication head said it had received “numerous” complaints from Army Personnel’ saying the game has a “serious negative impact in the strength of Pakistan as many terrorists group are busy playing the game and terrorists are getting complacent after killing virtual people.
PM Imran Khan then announced temporary ban on the game and said that ban will be revoked only after 2 attacks with more than 100 people killed. Soon after his announcement terrorists groups got active and started reporting to its Army.
