Ola CEO Bhavish asks Consumer Protection Authority to help resolve service issues rather than being an armchair critic, after it issued a show cause notice to Ola Electric

Big news is coming from Bengaluru, where Ola’s CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal, responded to the show cause notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) by asking them to help him fix the issue rather than being armchair critics.

Just when Bhavish Aggarwal was close to setting a world record for the most complaints against a single product with his Ola electric scooters, the CCPA intervened and issued a show cause notice, notifying him about it via Twitter.

Unlike Ola Electric’s customer care, Bhavish actually replied to the CCPA’s tweet, saying, “Since you care so much, CCPA, come and help us out! Otherwise, sit quietly and let us focus on fixing the issues for the real customers.”

Fauxy sources revealed that the “reply was almost identical to the one he gave to Kunal Kamra, leading to the discovery that, much like his business ideas, Bhavish is also just copy-pasting his replies to everyone criticizing Ola Electric.

Currently, Ola Electric shares are down by 9%, and Bhavish is asking investors to come and help him rather than simply pulling their money out.
