Nirbhaya Rapists’ lawyer says one of the convicts, Mukesh is an Alien
Three convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case on Monday approached the International Court of Justice (ICJ) seeking a stay on their execution scheduled for 20 March.
The plea filed through Advocate A.P. Singh sought a stay on the execution of the convicts – Akshay, Pawan and Vinay. The fauxy has understood that AP Singh did not stop at that, as he declared that one of the convict Mukesh is actually an alien and laws for humans cannot be applied to him.
According to conventions and guidelines laid by the Supreme Court in Harbans Singh,1982 all convicts must be hanged together if they are convicted in the same case and crime. Advocate A.P. Singh knows this and just trying to defer the execution of at least one convicts.
He also presented some X-Rays of his body which were obviously photoshopped where he looked like Wolverine. The Case will now go into the court in Mars as all pleas on earth are over. Elon Musk has been contacted by the Supreme Court to find out if a court can be set up in Mars and can hearings take place there.
But Elon has not responded yet as he is busy making spaceships to go to Jupiter in the coming time.
