Meditation increases Stress and Anxiety in Opponents, New Study finds

The shocking revelations coming from the scientific community indicate that meditation not only reduces stress and anxiety but also increases stress and anxiety in opponents. Two neuroscientists began their research after seeing the reactions of opposition leaders when PM Modi announced a meditation break.

As the election campaign ended , PM Modi decided to take a two-day meditation break in Tamil Nadu’s Kanyakumari to alleviate stress and focus on his mental health. However, the announcement triggered an intense reaction among opposition leaders and their journalists, with the Congress even filing a complaint against him with the ECI. This reaction prompted the scientists to explore the possibility that Modi’s meditation might negatively impact the mental health of his opponents.

Furthermore, PM Modi’s decision to observe a two-day silence fast added to their stress, as he directly influenced their speech content, leaving journalists without material.

Talking to the Fauxy, the scientists explained, “We used 100 opposition leaders and journalists for the study, and every time we showed them a picture of PM Modi meditating, their stress levels soared.”

Upon learning about this study, opposition leaders have also decided to meditate, not to improve their own mental health but to worsen the mental health of PM Modi and his party leaders.
