Calling his intern a cheater and a gold digger, Ronish, submitted his resignation to his boss who happily accepted his resignation seeing less competition for the intern.
“Ronish is a hard-working employee who helps everyone without much reward in return but this time he expected something which he didn’t get. It’s a loss for the organisation, but him going will ease the bell curve that I have made of people who are after the intern, Amy. If we do SWOT analysis of all these employees I have a fair chance of getting the intern.” told Ronish’s Boss to The Fauxy.
“I helped her whenever she was stuck at work or in an elevator, I could have done anything to her but I wanted it to be consensual but despite waiting for over a year she didn’t look like returning favour by any means. I had no other motivation to work in this company. I quit.” Said Ronish.
