KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer deliberately playing well so that I don’t get chance in playing eleven: Rishabh Pant

Shreyas Iyer’s superb finishing act in the Auckland T20I against New Zealand has certainly impressed Indian opener KL Rahul who said that Iyer’s execution was perfect as he helped India gun down 204 in Auckland.
They again played well in the second match and made sure India leads 2-0. Rishabh Pant has come out openly and said that KL and Iyer are playing well deliberately to keep him out of the team. Pant who has spent the majority of his life in learning wicket-keeping and batting now is afraid for his place in the team.
Rishabh was speaking to the fauxy where he said “I saw Kl and Iyer in the nets. They were playing very well and their plan is to keep me out of the team. This is selfishness. I have also spent money on learning cricket. Am I there just to play the IPL? How will I pay back the EMI I have taken for my luxury car? I want Virat bhai to step in and help me.”
