The coronavirus has been a bane for most of the industries, terrorism included. The ISIS head spoke today and said that people are not gathering hence making it difficult for his boys to find places to plant bombs. They have been using google maps to track traffic in the world and currently there is no place where they can plant a bomb and cause damage.
The fauxy has also learnt that the ISIS head also wants google to help them by sending precise locations of places where even 4-5 people have gathered. Even smaller targets will be taken as this is a time of recession and ISIS will not wait for big gatherings. There are chances that ISIS will send 3 people to plant a bomb to kill three people. Not very effective use of resources, but they have to keep the boys ready for a bigger challenge, hence always under net practice.
