BJP leader Hema Malini was recently spotted cleaning the Parliament’s premises as part of a cleanliness drive. The BJP lawmaker and former Bollywood actress’ video where she can be seen sweeping the roads outside parliament was quick to break the internet. However, several people could not help but notice that once popularly known as ‘The Dream Girl’ has now lost her charm.
Hema Malini, though renowned for her acting skills in Indian cinema, has seemingly lost her touch with the art as the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan video evidently highlights forced expressions on her face. Many pointed out how her style of holding the broom and the way she swept the floor directly tells that she did not prepare for the role enough.
“Arre acting badhiya karti hai ye soch ke party mein liya tha. Kachra saaf karne ki itni buri acting ki hai ki poori izzat ka kachra kara diya!” said a BJP spokesperson on the condition of anonymity.
As a result of Hema Malini bombing in the role of a MLA, people have started raising serious doubts over her acting skills. As a result, Director and Producer Sajid Khan has decided to drop her from his next big movie project.
“It is funny if not ironical that it is Sajid Khan who has chosen to drop someone from a movie based on poor acting skills. What a time to be alive!” said Bollywood expert Rajeev Masand.
