Govt Deliberately Presented Good Budget To Avoid Criticism And Thereby Weaken The Democracy, Accuses Opposition

On 1st February, the FM Nirmala Sitharaman presented union budget and the major highlights of the same were increased health budget, increased defence budget and increased MSP for Agri based products. The budget was applauded by CEO and other prominent people, but oppositions think otherwise.

Criticism strengthens the democracy and if a govt can’t take criticism it can’t improve the governance, working solely to not get any criticism can kill the democracy. The union budget didn’t get any criticism because it was designed in such a way” said an opposition leader.

Reportedly, the opposition has taken zero hours of the parliament to question govt’s deliberate attempt to make the budget that can’t get criticised.
