Big news is coming from New Delhi, where Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has launched a new online portal where you can submit your apology letter before asking her any tax-related questions. She has claimed that this will simplify the process and save both her and the common people time.
Recently, a small businessman in Tamil Nadu asked her some simple taxation-related questions. However, he was made to apologize for daring to question and doubt the best finance minister India has ever had. Nirmala Sitharaman, showing her big heart, forgave him and asked a Tamil Nadu BJP leader to record his apology and make the video viral on social media. The video is meant to demonstrate the complete process of asking her any tax-related questions. Since she couldn’t accept everyone’s apology personally, she launched this portal.
Speaking to Fauxy, Nirmala Sitharaman said, “While going through social media, I saw that a lot of people want to ask me questions related to my tax policies. But since they now know the complete process from the video, they can just submit their apologies online. Because you know what happens if you don’t apologize,” and then she winked.
Currently, Nirmala Sitharaman is planning to introduce a new tax on people questioning taxes in India.
