Condom Manufacturers Recall Strawberry Flavoured Condoms After Strawberry Needle Scare

Strawberry needle scare: The entire world has been on pins and needles since the time reports about needle contaminated strawberries started surfacing on the social media. Anxious after the discovery of sewing needles inside strawberries on supermarket shelves in six different states of Australia, condom manufacturers all across the world have issued a voluntary product recall of the entire line of strawberry flavoured condoms.
“Our products are made up of 100% raw and genuine materials and therefore there are chances that our strawberry flavoured condoms might also contain needles. We do not want to endanger the lives of our consumers and more importantly, we cannot risk facing legal action. You know how customers can really be a ‘prick’! Nobody has the time for that kind of nonsense.” said the CEO of Durex.
While manufacturers across the globe have displayed promptness in recalling the condoms, many customers believe that it’s already too late. One consumer claimed to have injured her tongue last night and is now seeking for a million dollar compensation.
“We’re fucked.” said a condom company representative under request of anonymity.
A company spokesperson has however denied the consumer’s allegation stating that she is just ‘blowing’ the situation out of proportion and they would respond to her only after receiving a detailed medical report.
The strawberry needle scare is not the first incident when a condom manufacturer has recalled their product. Earlier ManForce had to recall its chocolate flavoured condoms after an insect was found in another leading chocolate manufacturers’ product.
