Today during discussion with Agriculture minister, farm leaders proposed to put on hold the farm laws for one or one and half year. Reportedly, the govt has agreed. Soon after the news broke, BJP leaders were seen defending govt’s decision of rolling back the farm laws for one and a half year. Some BJP leaders went overboard and started numerating the cons of farm bill after govt succumbed to anarchists blocking roads and highways.
The Govt’s decision exposed its weakness which is encouraging more people to make govt succumb to their demands. If sources are to be believed taxpayers are mulling over going on roads (except TCS employees who are already there) and demand roll back of IT laws.
