People working in the Human Resources department are notorious for their laziness, and the fact further established when the entire HR team of a software giant went on leave only because they were made to climb the staircase since the office elevator was under maintenance.
A software giant Infosys observed a “No HR Day” on Monday as no one from the HR team arrived on duty and a few who came, u-turned from the office gate itself. However, their absence did not impact the company’s functioning even a bit, as we all know that the HR Department is anyway good for nothing.
A detailed investigation revealed that the cause behind the mass absence was the office elevator which stopped functioning all of a sudden. The HR employees who reached the office returned after seeing the “Not Working” board on the elevator. Understandably, for the HR team which sits on the second floor, it would’ve been an impossible feat to climb more than 30 stairs in one go.
“What the fuck! Now the office elevators are saying “Not Working!”
Ok, we don’t work but who the hell is an elevator to tell me that. I am going back” one HR employee was heard saying to the security guard.
