Noida: In a bizarre incident, Allahabad High court has acquitted a person who was proven guilty of murdering his own friend.
Samir, 32 on Saturday killed his friend, Rishav, by stabbing him more than 400 times. Samir’s friends told The Fauxy that Samir killed him after knowing that Samir’s crush has a crush on Rishav.
Samir was later arrested and was taken under police custody where he said that Rishav was sneezing non-stop and he killed him because he wanted to save people from coronavirus. The nation is demanding a Bharat Ratna for Samir for having saved them from Coronaviris.
Samir was brought before the court where he kept his stand firm. After hearing the case for 3 hours, the 786 judges bench acquitted Samir on the grounds of self-defence under section 512 of Indian Penal Code and nominated him for a bravery award. Samir has also been asked to train young kids in self-defence so that they too are always ready to face any mishappenings.
