Mahindra cars to have extra 100-litre boot space for carrying all necessary documents

The new Traftic fines ahev kicked in and we are already getting a lot of stories about hefty fines being levied on the citizens. Some are paying 23,000 Rs while sme have paid 47,000 Rs. The new act is to instill a fear in mind of traffic offenders.

Citizens have started carrying all the necessary documents to keep away from paying fines. Anand Mahindra has vowed to help push this cause by making it compulsory for all Mahindra cars to have a 100-litre extra boot space to carry all the documents.

People are carrying birth certificates of all passengers in the car, leaving certificate, medical history, RTO book, and all other important documents that they think would keep them away from paying fines. Many have started carrying an extra bag for documents, this has caused discomfort while seating.

Anand Mahindra’s announcement will not only help Mahindra increase sales of its vehicles, it will also help people avoid fines. What an Idea!
