Big news coming from Australia — Adelaide has now officially been renamed Headelaide.
This comes after the third Ashes Test being played in Adelaide, where Travis Head smashed his fourth consecutive century, basically taking over Don Bradman’s territory. England brought Travis Head back into form so perfectly that even the SRH owners started clapping.
Head blasted 142 runs, unbeaten, with 2 sixes and 13 fours — after which the Australian Cricket Board decided to rename Adelaide to Headelaide.
Speaking to The Fauxy, a cricket fan said, “There was one guy who used to change the game from behind the stumps… and then there’s this monster who changes the stadium’s name from in front of them.”
Meanwhile, SRH is now demanding that this year’s IPL be hosted in Headelaide.
