PM Modi meets Bill Gates, awards this election’s EVM hacking contract to Microsoft
Big news is coming from the capital of India and Pollution, New Delhi, where a meeting took place between PM Modi and billionaire Bill Gates regarding the contract to hack EVMs for this year’s elections in the BJP’s favor.
Speaking to The Fauxy, “Bill Gates said that after losing the contract to Cambridge Analytica in the last election, he was depressed and demotivated. That’s why this time he went to visit Dolly Chaiwala before this meeting, so Dolly could impart some of the wisdom he gained by running a successful tea shop to him and motivate him to fight again”.
Other software giants like Google, Meta, and Apple had also submitted tenders, but upon seeing Bill Gates’s love for “Chaiwalas,” PM Modi awarded the contract to his company, Microsoft.
They had discussions about other topics as well. PM Modi told him about his “Drone Didi” scheme, in which rural girls are trained to become drone pilots so they can also create cinematic reels and compete with city influencers. While talking about AI, PM Modi asked Gates if AI will also impact jobs in his field, to which Gates replied that no matter how much we try, we cannot make AI as dumb as an average politician.
