Big news is coming in a day after the BCCI announced India’s squad for Australia’s ODI. BCCI has requested Australia to rest its key players Steve Smith, David Warner and Mitchell Marsh.
Reportedly, BCCI has also arranged special rooms for these Australian players so that they can relax ahead of the world cup. The rooms have luxurious beds, couches, jacuzzi etc.
BCCI is likely to announce the resting XI, a list of 11 players who will rest in the world cup, on Thursday.
The Fauxy sources suggest that “BCCI is soon launching its own resting service where players across the globe can come and rest”.
