Big news is coming from Araria, Bihar, where eighteen alcohol smugglers have surrendered themselves at the police station to show their solidarity with Arvind Kejriwal, who is expected to surrender on Sunday in the Liquor Policy Scam.

Bihar is a dry state where alcohol is banned, which has given rise to smuggling from neighboring states. While the new Liquor Policy was active in Delhi, the smugglers made a lot of money by smuggling cheap alcohol from Delhi to Bihar and selling it at a higher rate. Delhi had become the favorite destination of alcohol smugglers.

Talking to Fauxy, a smuggler who surrendered said, Kejriwal is my hero. He is even better than Pablo Escobar and Al Capone, as he plays the long game. He entered politics, became CM, and only after that tried to make money through alcohol as opposed to others who first make money than enter politics. Getting caught was just sheer bad luck, as the plan was airtight.”

Currently, all the smugglers are applying to the Supreme Court to be transferred to Tihar Jail so they can learn from Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodiya and avoid making the mistakes they made again.
