Zomato plans to deliver food to moon by 2022, delivery boys seen practicing eating in zero gravity

Mumbai. India’s second Moon mission Chandrayaan-2 that was launched into the earth’s orbit on July 22, successfully completed its second earthbound orbit-raising maneuver on Friday, ISRO said. The vehicle will take 45 days more to land on the moon and become a part of history, a glamorous part. Space travel has a great future and this mission will make the belief more strong.

Zomato, the leading food delivery company of India, is planning to send food to the moon by 2022. They have already started their groundwork for the same.

Zomato has tied up with various simulation teams of space agencies to teach their delivery boys the art of eating in space or low gravity. It is a signature of Zomato to give half-eaten or sometimes the wrong order to the customers. And it wants to continue with that signature even while delivering food on moon.

Zomato will organize extensive training programs for its delivery boys in the coming days and would try to cover all delivery boys by 2021. The company plans to deliver the first parcel of food to the moon by 2022 and would do everything possible to stick to the deadline. Other startups are fast catching up with this dream and will look to become the 2nd 3rd and subsequent companies to deliver on the moon.
