Vodafone Replies “Issue Resolved” To An Eight Year Old Complaint; Complainant Dead Already

Known for its poor network and even poorer internet, Vodafone on Monday gave a befitting reply to all its criticism by resolving an issue within 7 minutes of the issue raised. However, Vodafone’s celebration didn’t last for long as the complainant’s son told that the issue was raised by his father eight years ago and it took almost 8 years to reach Vodafone customer car due to poor network and his father died 5 years ago.

Speaking to The Fauxy, Complainant’s son, Mukesh Singh said: “My father died due to heart attack and when he got heart attack all my family members tried to call an emergency ambulance but unfortunately we all had Vodafone then we couldn’t save him. He too had a Vodafone number and raised multiple issues about the network“.

Soon after the news broke, other telecom companies like Jio and Airtel have started searching old complaints while BSNL said: “You still use BSNL loser?”

TRAI after the incident made it mandatory for telecom companies to resolve any issue within five working days but again telecom companies aren’t bothered since TRAI Circular will take 2-3 months to reach them due to poor network issue.
