Singing reality show ties up with Anant Kumar of Super 30 to get the poorest contestants for its show

Singing reality show Indian Idol will partner Anant Kumar of the Super 30 fame to get poor contestants for its show. Anant is famous for teaching poor students and helping them crack the competitive exams and his talent in identifying poor students is what made Indian Idol team take notice.

The latest edition of the reality show “Indian Idol” recently faced flak on social media for focussing more on the personal lives and tragedies of contestants rather than singing during auditions. Many people complained that the show was being driven by making contestants weep and showing their poverty-striken background.

Anant will lessen their burden as the team can now focus only on the shooting part and rest will be taken care by Anant. The judges also complained that that want more poor contestants as this time they cried less and their footages were less viral.
Neha kakkar who starts to cry as soon as the contestant starts speaking on the stage wants to cry on quality stories as people made fun of her crying.
