The Modi 2.0 has begun with protests on almost every bill the govt has passed. Started with CAA, protesters are now protesting against the new farm bills. However, the protesters’ demands are not limited to the bill and they were seen demanding release of Umar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam etc.
Farm bills have witnessed support from the farmers of many states and this is discouraging for the protesters. Protesters are now asking govt to pass any bill at the earliest so that they can utilise the protest material which has been designed in such a way that it can be used in any protest.
