Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan Gives A Missed Call To Congratulate Narendra Modi
  • PublishedMay 30, 2019

A few hours before Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony, Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan congratulated him in his own style. On Thursday, PM Imran Khan gave multiple missed calls to PMO in expectations of a call back only to wish Narendra Modi for winning the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. In the last two days, the Prime Minister’s office has received over 50 missed calls from Imran Khan’s office. The duration of missed calls ranged from 0.2 seconds to 0.8 seconds thus making it almost impossible to attend the calls.

This massive snub to Imran Khan from Indian PMO turned out to be a big embarrassment for Pakistan and Pakistani media tried everything to not let the news slip out. Nevertheless, the news got leaked when Pakistan’s PMO mistakenly tweeted “Arey janab call back to kariye” tagging PM Modi.

This is not the first time when PM Imran Khan has embarrassed Pakistan with his antiques. A few months back Imran Khan was seen chauffeuring around the crown prince of Saudi Arab. However it was not embarrassing until the moment he mistakenly asked MBS for OTP.
