People from all walks of life are flowering praises over Chandigarh girl Harnaaz Sandhu for bagging the Miss Universe title. She is also very flattered by all the compliments she is getting. Many people are creating fan pages for Harnaaz on various social media platforms like facebook, instagram, twitter and quora. But recently Harnaaz’s fans were hit with a shocking news. She got detained at US Airport. The initial speculation was that she might be carrying more botox or plastic than permissible limit on her face but later it was confirmed by US Airport authorities that she was detained for travelling without visa.
Harnaaz was very upset after her detention. She told officers that since childhood she thought this is a free world and people built these walls, not god but the officers were not ready to budge rather they sent her for drug test. Harnaaz then contacted the office of “Miss Universe” competition. When they heard about the situation Harnaaz had got herself into, they refused to identify her and denied any links with her. Later they issued a official statement saying they were not sure if this was “really” the Harnaaz they awarded. It took Harnaaz several hours to accept the fact that the airport security officials can’t be fooled as easily as Miss Universe judges and she didn’t became a “Global Citizen” by becoming Miss Universe.
The US Airport Security officials are handling this matter very gently and are trying to help Harnaaz as much as possible. They also informed her very politely that allthough her instagram bio says”Shine like the whole universe is yours” it actually isn’t. She recently tweeted that she is the first Miss Universe to be detained by US Airport Security officials.
