In just one week the protest against Citizenship Amendment Act seems to dwindle down and one of the main reasons behind that is protestors being unaware of the subject. Actor Farhan Akhtar who called for the protest in Mumbai was seen totally clueless when asked about NRC and CAA.
However, this issue is going to get resolved soon as popular protestor Medha Patkar has announced that she’s launching coaching classes “Super 30” where every year 30 unprivileged and uneducated students will be trained to protest in a non-violent way. Students will be given protest skills such as making placards, posters, banners, and other props necessary to carry out an protest. At the end of the year, students will undergo an exam and the result of that exam will decide which category of protestor he/she will belong to.
As of now, there is no clarity if there will be any reservations for ST/SC and OBC students, however, the fee is likely to remain the same and during this entire course, the students will have to be in a totally chaotic environment so that they get used to the working environment. Details of the course and admission guidelines will be out by Feb 2020
