Man Loses Job Because Of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana; Opens Up His Own Startup
In a tragic turn of events, a 27-year-old man working at a mall in New Delhi lost his job due to Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.
The man hailing from humble origins in a rural part of Bihar worked as a receptionist at a mall in Delhi. After hearing about how the Central government is handing out loans to budding entrepreneurs under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, he decided to quit his stable job as a receptionist and decided to pursue the crazy dream of starting something of his own. He used the loan amount to start a restaurant which is running rather successfully and providing employment to 15 more people as of now.
Although the man is earning more than what he used to make, generating employment for several more and living a life much better than his earlier one as a receptionist, experts are counting it as a case of loss of employment under Modi government.
“If strict measures aren’t taken and things keep happening as they are then such incidents of job loss are expected to only increase. Experts have already declared Mudra Yojana as the main cause of job loss in India and it’s surprising that the government hasn’t taken any steps regarding it,” said Sam Pitroda while attacking the government.
