Senior advocate and activist HS Phoolka, who has been fighting the legal case for justice of the 1984 Sikh riot victims, has been removed from the Aam Aadmi Party after he started making sense.
“I have been removed from AAP & asked to hand over my resignation to Kejriwal Ji. Though he removed me I offered my resignation before he could throw me out. It’s almost impossible to stay in the party and continue to make sense also, ” said Phoolka.
Phoolka is taking up cases against several Congress leaders accused of involvement in the 1984 Sikh riots and the same is reducing the chances of an AAP and Congress gathbandhan in Delhi and Punjab, ahead of the 2019 General Elections.
Earlier, Kumar Vishwas and Kapil Mishra also faced discrimination and were unofficially removed from the party because they presented some thought-provoking statements.
