Boy Accused Of Kicking A Pregnant Woman To Be Arrested As Soon As He Comes Out Of Her : Court
Big news is coming in from the United States, where a shocking incident happened as a fetus has been sentenced to jail for kicking a pregnant woman. The pregnant person has filed a case against a fetus who allegedly kicked her on her stomach.
The woman told the judge that until the baby doesn’t take birth she’s not the mother and hence the fetus has no right to hit her. Since the fetus isn’t born yet the rights given to every civilian doesn’t apply to him and hence, no lawyer can defend the fetus.
Court, considering it a rarest of rare case, gave verdict in favour of the woman, however, the baby once born will be given a chance to defend itself in the court.
