In a shocking piece of news a fetus has been sentenced to jail for kicking a pregnant woman. The birthing person has filed a case against a fetus who allegedly kicked the birthing person.
The birthing person told the judge that until the baby doesn’t take birth she’s not the mother and hence the fetus has no right to hit her. Since the fetus isn’t born yet the rights given to every civilian doesn’t apply to him and hence, no lawyer can defend the fetus.
Court, considering it a rarest of rare case, gave verdict in favour of the birthing person, however, the baby once born will be given a chance to defend itself in the court.
