PRAYAGRAJ (UP): The mega Kumbh Mela, which began on January 15th and shall continue till March 4th, is expected to be attended by around 12 crore people. Naturally, Yogi government has made various arrangements to ensure public safety and comfort.
The Kumbh Mela, which is one of the biggest Hindu religious celebrations, attracts millions. Thousands of devotees and their kids thus inevitably get lost amidst the sea of crowd. To ensure that no such incidents happen, Yogi government has hired a team of fact checkers, who are experts in revealing the identity of social media users.
These alleged ‘fact checkers’ shall be put to use for tracing the identity of lost & found kids. Although the team uses unethical ways such as snooping and stalking to determine the identity of unwitting social media users, Yogi government saw an opportunity to employ them and put their habits to rather constructive use. This move, though very different from Modi government’s approach, is being viewed as a masterstroke in respect to job creation.
Sources revealed that these fact checkers will be paid as per the number of kids the find and their pay will be in the range of ₹21 to ₹51 for this social cause.
